Do Not Let Me Wander
Where do you wander?
As humans, from time to time we all wander away from God. In His infinite understanding God knows of our inclination to wander and has given us grace. He forgives us when we ask and brings us back to Him.
In addition to His grace, God also gave us Psalm 119 to keep us from wandering. It tells us to walk in the ways of the Lord, to turn our eyes away from worthless things, to delight in His decrees and to meditate on His precepts.
Lord, Help me not to go astray. And when I do, bring me quickly back to you. Your ways alone are true. They bring life.
I wander in fear and wanting others to follow guidelines regarding masks and helping people feel safe as we begin Coming out of isolation.
I love Psalm 119 it tells me more about God then about me. He knows all of me and still loves me. He also knows all about the virus and when it will be over which is totally out of our control.I am not concerned about the virus, I can only do my part with masks, cleanliness and distancing. I cannot be worried what others do as that again out of my control. Obviously I do not want to get the virus or die from it but if I do God will be with me and I will start a new journey of life with God forever.
