A Hike to a Peaceful Place

One year on a fall hike my family and I came across this peaceful scene. I found rest there as I often do in places like it. Sometimes I wish I could stay at such places all day or maybe even camp overnight.

God created us for work, to serve Him and to serve each other, but He also created us to find rest. Jesus calls us to find rest in Him. In Jesus we will find perfect and eternal rest far greater than any fall stream.

Walking with Christ is a hike to His eternal peaceful place in Heaven.
