More than Sparrows
Matthew 10:29-31 and Two Tree Sparrows Feeding, Bellevue, Nebraska.
“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” Matthew 10:29-31
He Cares for the Sparrows and He Cares for You
The Bible tell us God’s eyes are on the sparrows and all of His creation. If He watches over and cares for the birds and even feeds them in winter, He certainly watches over us and those we love.
Jesus went on to say in the following verse, “Therefore everyone who confesses Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven.” Our Father in heaven knows the physical and spiritual needs of those who follow Christ. He will not forget us.

It is always a comfort to me knowing that God is watching over me, not to judge me but caring for me.
Thanks Summer! He does care deeply for us.
I’m going through a really tough time right now, so your post is comforting to me. Thank you so much for that reminder of God’s love for me!
Patricia. I’m glad God used this post to meet you right where you are at in life. Blessings!
Thank you Joseph! I made the change. Feel free to let me know if you see another as you read. I am pretty prone to making typos.
