Greater Things Hoped for than this World

What hope do we have in the things of this world? We see tragedy after tragedy, evil after evil and corruption after corruption. We fool ourselves if we think government or some political leader is the answer. And in today’s world, they are more likely to be the problem. 

What we see on earth gives us no true reason to hope. Through faith alone we gain eternal hope. Faith in Christ gives us the “assurance of things hoped for” and the conviction or certainty “of things not seen.” Through faith we know we have a better hope than what we see here on earth.

Salvation comes from God alone.
