“And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.” 2 Corinthians 9:8

May God’s Grace Abound to You

God provides for the creatures He created and God provides for us. Not only does He provide for our physical needs, but this verse and passage reminds us how God provides for our spiritual needs.

One of the reason God provides for us is because He wants us to give. In 2 Corinthians 9 the Apostle Paul calls believers to give cheerfully (vs. 7) and without fear, explaining that God will meet their needs. And when we give, God not only meets our physical needs, He grows us spiritually.

Now so that God’s grace may “abound to you,” let’s give as God calls us to give as, “cheerful givers.”
