Psalm 31:14-15 and a Monarch Butterfly on Zinnia, Eastern Nebraska.
“But as for me, I trust in You, O LORD, I say, “You are my God.” My times are in Your hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies and from those who persecute me.” Psalm 31:14-15
In God’s Hands
Seasons change, but our times are always in God’s hands. Soon all monarch butterflies will head south at a time when no one told them to leave, to a place no one ever told them to go. No monarch alive today has ever been to their winter grounds nor has ever met a monarch who has been there. But yet God will tell them when to go and where to go.
Just like God leads the monarchs, He leads us as well. Our lives may be going to a place we have never been to and don’t know how to get to, but God knows. He knows exactly where we are going and how to get there.
In Psalm 31 David called out to God in his time of need. You can read it here.
