Stand Strong in the Lord

The Bible says when we stand with God and hold firm to His Word He makes us strong like a mountain. When we live in sin, the Scripture tells us our relationship with God is strained and He hides His face from us.

A quick prayer for the believer: Dear Lord, help me to follow you ways so I may stand strong like a mountain sustained by your favor. May I never find your face to be hidden from me.
