Call to Blossom for God with an Eternal Perspective
Psalm 42:11 and Blueberry Buds Covered in a Late Spring Snow, Bellevue, Nebraska.
“Why are you in despair, o my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him, the help of my countenance and my God.” Psalm 42:11
We Will Blossom for God
I believe God wants us to blossom for Him, but what does that look like? Often we feel as though we are about to blossom when life hits us with a spring snowstorm. Does that mean God is against us or doesn’t have a plan for us? No, it doesn’t mean that.
Blossoming for God may not always be what we believe it should be. We blossom for Him even when we don’t think we are. That’s because God uses us even when we don’t think He is. He is God. He is capable of doing that.
What’s great is that in the end we will eternally blossom in Heaven with Jesus! Praise Him! So keep on keeping on for God.
Thank you for sharing the song by Mercy Me. I didn’t know it, but I needed to hear it. Guess I was more in a fog than I thought. This made it all so clear. Thank you!
You’re welcome, Lisa. It gives a great perspective.
Thanks. I needed to read this right now. He does that. Because He is God. Praise the LORD.
Hi Andrew! Glad to hear God met you where you are at.
