Time For a Sabbatical: A Time to Rest
Hi and thanks for following the Visual Bible Verse of the Day. I want to let you know that I’m going to be going on a sabbatical from the Visual Bible Verse of the Day for September and October. It’s been over four years since I took a sabbatical and I need a rest again from posting six times a week.
The Devotions Will Still Come!
So what does that mean to you as a Visual Verse follower? Well, the devotions will be scheduled and run automatically. So those who receive the regular morning emails, they will come as usually. The only difference for subscribers is I’m just going to re-run the same verses, photos and devotions I ran September and October 2020. The devotion that ran on the first Wednesday of September 2020 will be the same one that runs on the first Wednesday of September this year and so on.
Facebook, Social Media and a Time to Rest
I do need some time to rest from this work. In order to pass through that I will not be posting on social media on any sort of regular basis during this time. If you follow me on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest, I will not be posting to those sites on a daily basis like I usually do. If you wish to get the daily post you can just visit the site or sign up to have daily Bible verses and photos delivered to your email.
New subscribers, who have been subscribing less than a year will not notice a difference, but people who have been subscribing longer than a year may notice the similarities from last September and this September.
Also, I probably will not be responding to comments in a timely manner. I will see them and read them, although I may not reply right away.
Also, in alignment with my sabbatical the last day to order prints for my summer print sale will be Friday, September 3.
Thanks so much for staying with me during this time. I look forward to posting new again on November 1, 2021.
Blessings!
Pasquale.
Take your rest in the Lord. Thank you for all you do in Jesus name. May God bless you during your sabbatical and may you come back more energized and anointed to do His will.
Thank you Genowa!
