“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you.” Isaiah 43:2

God is with us Through the Waters

In this prophecy God promises His people, Israel, He will redeem them and protect them. He promises them He would not forget them. 

In the New Testament God calls the Church His people. Wherever we go God goes with us. Whatever we go through God is right there with us. He walks besides us in the flood and often carries us through it.
