White As Snow in God’s Eyes

Isaiah 1:18 and a Snow and Hoarfrost Covered Trees and Field, Eastern Nebraska.

“’Come now, let us reason together,’ says the LORD. ‘Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.’” Isaiah 1:18

God’s Forgiveness Makes us White as Snow.

Isn’t that an awesome thought! Though our sins are red and they mark us, when we repent we will be made white like snow because of the work of God in us! No matter how ugly our sin has made us, God cleans us and makes our souls pure white.

As a nature photographer I am amazed by the magical whiteness and purity of snow. That purity gives a wonderful picture of how clean God makes us.

Read all of Isaiah 1.
