Exodus 3:3-4 & A Bush Near a Desert Cliff, Canyonlands National Park, Utah.
“So Moses said, ‘I must turn aside now and see this marvelous sight, why the bush is not burned up.’ When the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, ‘Moses, Moses!’ And he said, ‘Here I am.’” Exodus 3:3-4
Here I am. Send me.
God call us to somethings in common. He calls us to holiness, to follow Him, to read His word, to pray, to serve and to tell others about Him. But I also believe God calls us all to something unique. And whatever that unique thing He causes us to is, it will be aligned with His word and His statues.
How does He call us? Well, God speaks in many ways. He speaks to us through His word and through prayer. And even speaks to us in the quiet of nature, but I wouldn’t go looking for any burning bushes around. But as to what to say when He calls us, Moses gave the perfect answer when he said, “Here I am.”
When God calls are you ready to say, “Here I am”?
