“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” Philippians 4:4-6

Rejoice Always

The Bible calls us to rejoice always. I don’t know about you, but sometime that’s hard for me to do. When things do not go right I struggle to rejoice. But as the air under the wings of a bird lift it to flight, I need to let God’s truth lift me.

God’s truth tells us He loves us, sustains us, stays near to us, calls us, forgive us and He has a plan. Most importantly, the Bible tells us God saves us and gives believers eternal life! Amen!
