“Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.  Her ways are pleasant ways and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her, and happy are all who hold her fast.” Proverbs 3:16-18

Pleasant Ways and Paths to Peace

This Bible passage speaks of godly wisdom. Wisdom’s ways are pleasant and lead us to places of peace and contentment. Proverbs says, “All her paths are peace.” Not some of her paths, but all her paths.

The Bible is clear, the way to discover God’s best for us is to live by His wisdom. The wisdom of the world leads to destruction. The wisdom of God leads to peace.

Dear Lord, help us to seek your wisdom and to follow it. Amen.
