God and the Frost of Heaven

In this verse and surrounding passages the Lord speaks to His servant Job. He declares to Job that His knowledge far exceeds that of Job’s or anyone else. God created the great things and the small things and knows how they work. He even created and controls the weather with the seasons that govern our lives. Even though we may be like Job and not understand all that the Lord has planned, we can rest knowing He has a purpose and plan in everything.
