Our Omniscient God Knows Each One

Luke 12:6-7 and A Massive Flock of Snow Geese, Desoto Bend National Wildlife Refuge, Iowa.A huge flock of white and grey (blue phase) snow geese fly above DeSoto Bend National Wildlife Refuge near Missouri Valley, Iowa

“Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows” Luke 12:6-7

Our Omniscient God Cares

The week I took this photo over 800,000 snow geese decided to make an unexpected migration stop at Desoto Bend National Wildlife Refuge in Iowa. To see so many birds in one location is a grand spectacle of nature.

As I watched and photographed them I thought about how our omniscient (all knowing) God knows each one of these birds just as He knows each sparrow. He knows everything about them. If He didn’t, He would not be omniscient.

God also knows everything about you. Your rights, your wrongs, your sorrows, your hurts and your heart. He knows right where you are and wants to meet you there. Find rest in Him. If He has not forgotten one of these birds, he certainly has not forgotten you.
