“Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36:25-26

God Gives us a New Heart

Too often I see my own wretched sin and realize how much I need a new heart from God. Thankful our God is a forgiving and a renewing God. When we repent He removes from us a heart of stone and replaces it with a heart of flesh.

I realized that as a sinner I am in need of His forgiveness and that we find salvation in God’s grace and His grace alone. God made my heart new! God gives a new heart to anyone who asks. There is no heart He cannot change.
