“Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.” 1 Peter 3:3-4 (NIV)

Pure Beauty Points to God

The beauty we find in nature is true and pure and never boastful or gaudy. Nature’s beauty comes from being a creation of a beautiful God.

Let nature’s subtle beauty remind us that true beauty is not showy nor meant to draw attention to oneself. Rather pure beauty comes from within and is to reflect God.

True beauty points others to God and not to oneself.
