When Mountains Sing

The context of Isaiah 49 is that the majesty and grander of the mountains sing of the salvation of God. The Bible uses an awesome word picture to declare this when it says, “Break forth into joyful shouting, O mountains!”

When we head to the outdoors and visit the mountains or look at them in a landscape photograph such as this one, let the mountains remind us that our God is great and mighty to save. Truly, the mountains sing of His greatness!
