God Blesses the Gentle

Much about the Bible does not make worldly sense. When the Scripture says things like “the last shall be first” or that the gentle “shall inherit the earth”, we wonder how can that be? But when we stay humble before God and seek Him first, He makes the impossible happen.

So much about God lies beyond our comprehension, but if that wasn’t true God would cease to be infinite. Since He poses an infinite mind we just need to trust that in God’s hands the gentle inherit the earth.
