“But now ask the beasts, and let them teach you; and the birds of the heavens, and let them tell you. Or speak to the earth, and let it teach you and let the fish of the sea declare to you. Who among all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this, in whose hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind?” Job 12:7-10

Now Ask The Beast

As a wildlife photographer I get the thrill of encountering God’s creation in the wild of the natural world. When I look at animals great and small, they tell me of a magnificent Creator. This passage of Job 12 tells us we can look at the beasts and they will show us that the hand of God is at work.

God reigns over all creation and he remains sovereign over human events. In the stress and worries of life look to the beasts and they will tell you God is in control. Certainly the God who created the abundance of wildlife has no problem handling the wayward struggles of humankind.
