“There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven.” Ecclesiastes 3:1

A Time for Everything 

The sun goes up and the sun goes down and the world keeps turning ’round. “There is a time for everything.”

God holds the days and all creation in His hands. Nothing good nor bad happens that He does not allow. He may not cause all things, but He does allow them to happen, and all things will eventually work out for His purposes.

Sometimes when we look at what’s going on in the world, we may wonder why such things happen and why culture seems to be spinning out of control. Although things may look disastrous, God is always in control. We could hold fast to knowing that the Bible tells us God is good and God is love, and that “there is a time for everything.” In the end His goodness and purpose will prevail.
