Luke 1:31-33 and a Snowy River Through Trees Alberta, Canada.
“And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name Him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David; and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and His kingdom will have no end.” Luke 1:31-3.
The Son of the Most High Brings Hope
A world without Christ is cold and empty. Christ came into the world like a river of life through a cold snowy wilderness. His birth brought hope to a nation and a world in need of redemption.
As the Christmas Hymn “God Bless Ye Merry Gentleman.” States,
“God rest ye merry, gentlemen
Let nothing you dismay
Remember, Christ, our Savior
Was born on Christmas day
To save us all from Satan’s power
When we were gone astray
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy”
Amen!
