“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore…” Ephesians 6:13-14a (ESV)

Take a Stand with God’s Armor

When photographing the Black Hills in South Dakota I noticed this rock standing out above the landscape. When Christians take a stand for Jesus the world notices and they often put up a strong resistance.

The resistance against us makes it hard to take that stand. To help us, in Ephesians 6, The Apostle Paul encouraged believers to put on the full armor of God. When we stand in God and put on His armor He helps us stand strong like a rock.
