Psalm 102:2-3 and Shrouded Mountains, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado.
“Do not hide Your face from me in the day of my distress; Incline Your ear to me; In the day when I call answer me quickly. For my days have been consumed in smoke, and my bones have been scorched like a hearth.” Psalm 102:2-3
Too Shrouded to see Him
Sometimes God feels distant and shrouded from our view. With our spiritual eyes we struggle to look for Him, but we see nothing but smoke and fog. It’s okay to cry out in hurt to Him when we have little faith and feel only despair. God takes no offense in our cries.
