Natures Wonders Praise the Name of the Lord
Psalm 148 calls many areas of nature to praise the name of God. The psalm even calls things we consider destructive to praise God. The psalm calls fire, hail, snow, clouds, stormy wind, sea creatures, all ocean depths, fruit trees, wild animals, cattle, small animals and birds to praise God’s name.
What a wonder, that each of these is to praise the name of the Lord? But the psalm also calls the kings of the earth, princes, rulers on earth, young men and women, old men and children to praise His name.
If nature praises God’s name than people are called to do it all the more!
