Nothing Difficult for our Glorious Creator

Jeremiah 32:17 and Sunset from Hitchcock Nature Center, Iowa.A fall colors sunset in the Nebraska sky seen from Hitchcock Nature Center, Iowa.

“Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.” Jeremiah 32:17

Nothing Difficult

The prophet Jeremiah prayed that God would not allow the nation of Judah to fall into the hands of the Babylonian Empire. He prayed this knowing that nothing is too difficult for His powerful God Who made the heavens and earth. Yet God let Judah fall due to its sins. Nevertheless, all was not lost with God. As verses 37-41 proclaim, God will redeem His people and He will be their God.

If God worked to redeem His Chosen people, He can also work in our lives when we think all has already been lost. Remember, nothing is too difficult for God.

Read of God’s plan for His people in Jeremiah 32.
