Meeting God in the Morning
We can seek God at any time, but many of us find the morning to be the best time to meet with God. Those of us who love the morning sense a special peace about it, and the Bible speaks highly of the morning.
The book of Psalms uses the word morning 15 times. Often it speaks of seeking or meeting God in the morning, while other verses in Psalms speak of finding God’s newness or lovingkindness in the morning. Even Jesus used the morning to meet with His Father (Mark 1:35).
In the morning find a few moments to meet with God. You’ll be glad you did.
