Hikers find peace in a beautiful landscape and a quiet lake. Even a photograph of a landscape brings peace. I believe there is something in a beautiful landscape the reminds our hearts of God our Creator and we feel His presence there.
The Apostle Paul prayed that God would give believers peace at all times. In God alone we find a lasting, eternal peace.
