Psalm 100:1-2 and a Bumble Bee Moth at a Butterfly Bush, Bellevue, Nebraska.
“Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth. Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before Him with joyful singing.” Psalm. 100:1-2
Worship Him with Joyful Singing
Psalm 100 calls not only God’s people to sing and praise the Lord, but “all the earth.” The beauty and majesty of the creation worship it’s Creator and compels us to worship Him.
In calling all the earth to worship God the psalm uses the words “thanksgiving,” “gladness” and “give thanks.” A truly thankful heart realizes all that God has done and has no choice, but to respond with joy and praise.
Lord, help me to see all You have given me that I may sing to You with a thankful and grateful heart.
