God, The Only Infinite One

When I stood on this shore of Lake Erie and looked across I couldn’t tell where the sky stopped and the lake started. Shrouded by clouds, the sky and lake looked very mysterious. They both appeared to go on forever in an infinite distance.

Hidden in the fog, the lake and sky only appeared to go on forever. Everything in creation starts somewhere and ends somewhere, including time itself. God alone has no beginning and no end. God is infinite, which is one of His attributes.

God’s infinite attribute means all of His of other attributes are without end. God’s power, love, wisdom, knowledge, goodness, righteousness and so on all exist without end. That means His love, His wisdom, His goodness and His knowledge over your life are all without limits. Praise God.
