Wash Me with Your Forgiveness

We find beauty in nature’s purity. This photograph of a mountain stream displays some of that purity and beauty.

King David wrote Psalm 51 after the prophet Nathan confronted him on his adultery with Bathsheba and for murdering her husband Uriah. David’s sins made His soul dirty and ugly. David hated his sin and sought to be made pure by God. When he truly repented, God forgave Him.

Like David, I feel the need to pray these words too. You can as well, and God will forgive you no matter what you did. Confess your sins to Him and He will wash you and make you more pure than a mountain stream.
