Psalm 25:6-7 and a Rock Island in the Saint Louis River, Jay Cooke State Park, Minnesota.
“Remember, O LORD, Your compassion and Your lovingkindnesses, for they have been from of old. Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; According to Your lovingkindness remember me, for Your goodness’ sake, O LORD.” Psalm 25:6-7
His Mercy Flows and Surround Us
Without God’s compassion and lovingkindness where do I stand? Due to my sin I need His mercy to surround me like water surrounds an island.
May God’s mercy and grace flow over us like a swift flowing river. Without them we have no hope for redemption. In Jesus alone do we find grace and compassion for all that we have done. With our repentance, His mercy flows over us.

A Peaceful Dwelling in God
This world offers us very little peace and rest. Today’s uncertain times only magnify the lack of rest and peace the world has to offer. If we want true rest and peace we can only find it in God. And no matter how uncertain the times God’s people can find rest in Him.
